Connecting to Dropbox

WP Labs Feature: This is a WorkingPoint Labs feature and requires WP Labs to be turned on to view. To turn on WP Labs, click WP Labs on the main navigation bar, then change the setting to "On" and click Save.

If you are an Drobox user, you can connect your WorkingPoint account to your Dropbox account to attach supporting and source files to your documents in WorkingPoint.

To connect to your Dropbox account:
  1. From the home page dashboard Dropbox widget, click Connect your Dropbox account. 
  2. The Dropbox sign in page will appear. Enter your username and password and click Sign In
  3. Review the permissions you are granting WorkingPoint and then click Allow Access to authorize the connection between Dropbox and WorkingPoint. You will be directed back to your WorkingPoint account.

    Dropbox will create a folder called Apps and put it in your Dropbox account. The WorkingPoint folder is a subfolder of Apps. To view the files in WorkingPoint, you will need to upload your files to the WorkingPoint folder, under Apps.

    First click Apps, like below:

    Then click WorkingPoint to view and upload files that will be available to attach in WorkingPoint, like below:

The Dropbox widget now displays your account name along with the last 5 attachments and a link to view them and all your attachments.
